As a seasoned, international speaker and speaker performance coach, Dr. James works with executives, leaders, doctors, former professional athletes, individual contributors and corporate trainers, helping them become more confident with audience engagement and high impact business presentations, in-person and virtually. He focuses on the skill and will of presentation skills (e.g., authenticity, creativity and personal power).

After 14 years working as a corporate leader, Dr. James decided to expand his reach. He believes that today's executives and leaders must have mastery of 21st century presentation skills, including storytelling, adult learning concepts and tools for creating an empowering environment that fosters commitment, innovation, teamwork and collaboration. He says that speaking today involves creating audience experiences and not merely content dissemination.

Dr. James works with myriad organizations including, but not limited to, those in the pharmaceutical, educational, leadership. customer service, hotel and restaurant and insurance industries. He’s also taken his speaker success programs and strategies to 43 states and over 25 companies. Moreover, over the past several years, he’s helped doctors and former professional athletes improve their speaking skills and speaking businesses.
